I was trying my best to get a close up of the whistling ducks who were quite far away, the sad part about birds is they are always interested in keeping safe distance and it takes a while before they let you venture nearer. On safari’s its that much more difficult to have enough time to allow them to feel safe, plus the jungle is so wide and open that they just keep flying away.
As we sat watching the deer and the whistling ducks, suddenly the foliage moved, and from the shadows this fellow tried to move without being noticed, but the tiger eyed Hitchy wouldn’t miss him would he…
Calmly he surveyed, hoping the ducks were not as tiger eyed as Hitchy!
and then he posed to smile and tell me, you did, but the ducks haven’t yet spotted me! 😀
